Gift orders & recipient rules

Recipient must accept deliveryIn Massachusetts, cannabis delivery is to a verified 21+ adult at a residential address. The person at the door must match the order's intended recipient for ID check — we can't leave product with a minor or without valid ID at handoff.
If you're ordering as a gift, the recipient should be the one available at the window you select — same as major platforms: no “surprise drop” to someone who isn't expecting to show ID. BudHub follows partner and CCC requirements at dispatch.
Payment and account may still be yours; compliance is about who receives and where (residential, eligible municipality). When in doubt, put the recipient's name and contact on the order if your retailer allows it, or coordinate so they're home for the run.
